By accessing or using FinDefend, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
FinDefend provides financial analytics, subscription tracking, and price-hike detection tools by analyzing bank-statement CSV files uploaded by users.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate CSV files and to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of FinDefend require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
5. Limitation of Liability
FinDefend is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy in recurring charge detection and price hike alerts, we do not guarantee 100% detection rate and are not liable for any financial losses or missed subscription cancellations.
